Blaze: Does someone around here have a tail made from a cloud?

Cloudtail: Hey, that's my name!

Blaze: Good. I'm working for the WarriorcatsworldClan site, so I think I'm so famous that you surely know me!

Cloudtail: Blaze, of course. The annoying one.

Blaze: Yes! You're right...Hey! Only Ice has the right to say so!

Cloudtail: Okay, whatever, Blaze. What do you want?

Blaze: I think I wasn't the only mischevious kit... Tell us how you managed to make Firestar so angry when you wre a kit!

Cloudtail: Now, now...

Cloudtail's kithood story as he told us:

So, as you all know, I was born in a Twoleg nest. When I was a few moons old, Princess, my mother (and also Firestar's sister) was so fascinated by the stories that Fireheart told her about Clan life that she decided to give me to ThunderClan so I could live the life she longed for. At first, it didn't look like a good idea: bringing a mewling, small, fluffy, kittypet-soft kit... No one thought that I could survive the first snow of leaf-bare. Well, I proved them wrong! Because only one cat had kits by then, and that was Brindleface, Bluestar said that I was going to grow up in the Clan as one of Brindleface's kits. She was so kind to me! Because I entered the Clan even since I hadn't opened my eyes, Clan life was the only thing I knew. For a while I didn't know why some of the cats, like Darkstripe or Tigerclaw, mocked me about my "kittypet" origins. I kept nagging Fireheart what was that, a "kittypet". When I found out, I was devastated. All cats rejected kittypet life. I thought that, because of that, I have to work harder than the other cats to prove my loyalty.

I couldn't wait to be an apprentice! It's what every kit dreams of. I made a few expeditions out in the forest, leading the other kits! Every time, Fireheart had to find what we were up to again. I think that if the other cats weren't here, Fireheart would've clawed my ears off! One of those expeditions might have turned out to be a disaster if he wasn't there to rescue me from a badger's claws!

I was a mischievous kit, it's true. But, like Graystripe said at my warrior ceremony: "Who would've thought that pest of a kit would turn into such a fine warrior?" I was a naughty kit, but I had the best mentor, and I became a warrior that Fireheart can be proud of!

Blaze: You surely had a lively kithood!

Cloudtail: Yes...

Blaze: I hear Firestar had a hard time teaching you the warrior code.

Firestar: Only I know the struggle...

Cloudtail: He surely had! But now that I mentored so many lively apprentices, I think I know what that meant.

Blaze: Thank you, Cloudtail!

Cloudtail: Avec plaisir! It's good to know I was such a famous kit!

Firestar: And still full of modesty!

Cloudtail: *laughing his head off*
