The Books

Let's talk about these awesome books using numbers!

The first book, INTO THE WILD, was relesed in 2003, written by Erin Hunter and published by HarperCollins. As of now, there are 5 series of 6 books, 13 mangas, 8 super editions, 5 field guides, 9 novellas and more to come (including a new series called "A Vision of Shadows", the first book already released; and two more super editions!) That's more than 70 books!

As of 2015, more than 20 million books were sold. Impressive!

Here's the cover of the latest book: The Apprentice's Quest, released on March 15, 2016.

In both of them the orange cat is Firestar, the famous kittypet that became ThunderClan's best leader and one of my favourite characters.

Vicky (one of the Erins) describes Firestar as her is painted on the second cover:
